Since qualifying in Clinical Psychology, I have completed further training in supervision skills and continue to participate in continued professional development. I have provided clinical supervision for a range of health professionals in NHS and University settings including trainee Clinical Psychologists, health professionals studying for a postgraduate diploma in CBT for complex presentations, Step 2 and Step 3 IAPT practitioners, and independent practitioners using CBT in clinical practice.
I am experienced in providing formative and summative feedback for written and clinical assignments. I am an accredited practitioner with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and supervision can count towards accreditation and supervision requirements.
I have provided training and teaching on behalf of Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC), the University of Southampton, and the University of Hull. My publications include research around psychological treatment for worry, depression, and for distress associated with psychosis.
Supervision can take place online or face to face (depending on location). Supervision sessions can be arranged on a weekly, monthly, or bimonthly schedule.
Supervision can take place in groups up to 4 supervisees, and last 30 minutes for every participant present (i.e. for 4 supervisees, a session would last 120 minutes). Sessions can take place online or face to face (depending on location).
Please do get in touch to discuss possible training/teaching/clinical workshops.
